Refund Policy

Florida Power Exchange and One Common Community LLC have established the following refund policy, which reflects the unique nature of this event. Please review this policy thoroughly before agreeing to its terms:
1. Registration Refusal: Florida Power Exchange reserves the right to refuse any registration for any event at its discretion. In cases where registration is refused, the affected customer will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
2. Cancellation Process: To cancel a registration, customers must notify the event organizers in writing or via email at

3. Cancellation Deadlines and Fees:
* Cancellations on or before September 30, 2024, will incur only a 10% processing fee.
* Cancellations between October 1, 2024, and November 15, 2024, will be refunded at 50%.
* Cancellations on or after November 16, 2024, are not eligible for a refund.
4. No Refund for False Registration: Registrations made under a false name are not eligible for a refund.
5. No Refund for Rule Violations: Individuals ejected from the premises for rule violations will not receive a refund.
6. Transfer of Registration:
* Transfers of registration to another individual are permitted with written permission from
[email protected], provided the request is made before November 30, 2024.
* No transfers will be allowed after December 1, 2024.
* The individual receiving the transferred registration must agree to all event rules and waivers, including the age requirement of being over 18 years.
7. Failure to Follow Rules: Non-compliance with event rules will result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
Your agreement to participate in the Florida Power Exchange event includes acceptance of this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
